Narrow Aisle Critical Parts Reach Assembly & Carriage
During a shift, both the carriage and the reach assemble parts on a narrow aisle truck undergo a tremendous amount of stress. The high durability of these components is totally needed so as to assure that the forklift maintains high production levels. Yale reach mechanisms are particularly made using heavy-duty components so as to extend the part's long life and total durability. For more durability, at the end of the stroke, the reach assembly is cushioned. This particular design feature helps to maintain operator ergonomics and offer excellent durability. Excellent visibility is maintained by the open carriage design which offers optimal house routing.
Reach Assembly Rear Carrier:
To be able to force rigidity and durability by resisting side to side forces, the reach assembly rear carrier is mounted on angled load rollers. The inner frame assembly provides an inner frame that is stronger. This design is made to withstand shocks and vibration during handling cargo. There are many thick inner frame side weldments especially made for more durability.
