Lull Telehandlers
Lull telehandlers have been in production since the year 1959. They specialize in load placement. For more precise placement capabilities, their patented Stabil-Trak stability system provides much more precise placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers provide a large range of optional attachments and these telehandlers are available to help you complete all your requirements, whilst being safe and efficient at the worksite. If both precision and accuracy are really vital, leave it to a Lull telehandler to complete everything you need.
The Future
In order to make rough terrain forklifts as efficient as possible, numerous attachments have been engineered and developed such as booms, winches, and rotating fork carriages, to enable the forklift to place materials more precisely. The booms or articulating booms come with 2 different extendible arms and are able to reach up and over structures in order to place loads on interior roof slope settings or in the center of upper floors. New products and attachments are being made and designed all the time and would debut in the future.
Lots of improvements have been made with extra safety features becoming more prevalent. Like for example, load-reach management devices can automatically restrict the forklift's reach, based on the load being handled rather than depending on the operator. Pressure sensors are utilized in order to determine the load weight. This information is sent to a tiny electronic memory device that had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
Once the load is being placed into position, the memory would compare the boom's extension and the boom's angle with the safety limits. There is an important lock-up device or a warning system which prevents the operator from over-reaching and possibly causing the forklift to tip over or the boom to fail.
